Class Experience

In this one-time class, students will learn about the engineering design process and practice their design skills.
I love literacy and books and I love to use it to engage students in other content areas. I have 27+ years of integrating content areas to make learning fun and engaging.
Here is a list of possible items that learners can use to create their trap. They are not limited to these items. Please feel free to include other trap building materials. - Large blocks of any kind - Boxes, bags - Toilet paper and/or paper towel rolls - Tissue paper and/or regular paper - Toothpicks and/or wooden skewers - Marshmallows and/or gumdrops or something to hold sticks together together - Tape or something similar - Something to lure the elf- Use your imagination. - Anything else you can think will help you catch one of Santa's elves.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
