STEAM: Turkey Egg Drop

In this one time class learners will work to find a way to protect their Turkey (egg) from breaking when dropped! Learners will also be given an opportunity to revise their plan and try again.

Class Experience

2 eggs
Paper with turkey parts to put on egg will be available upon enrollment.  Please make sure the pieces are cut out before class.
Googly eyes or permanent marker
Ziploc bag
Any of the following: popsicle sticks, cotton balls, plastic bags, aluminum foil, etc.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners may need help with tape or other design elements
