Hello! I am excited to meet you on the Outschool platform! I have been an Elementary & Middle School teacher since 2002. I have been teaching ESL online since January of 2020. I enjoy teaching learners of all ages and abilities. I believe that children learn best through play, fun and engaging activities, and hands-on exposure to the wonders of the world around them.
I teach the following types of classes:
*Conversation and Phonics/Reading for ESL learners
*Public Speaking
*Creative Writing
*Play-based Science classes for preschool and elementary learners based on the National Science Education Standards (NSES).
I am a grandmother to four precious grandchildren, including one beautiful girl with Down Syndrome. When I'm not playing in the online classroom, you will most likely find me playing with one of them! I can't wait to see you in my classroom!
