Class Experience

In this ongoing class, students will read and discuss a current news article from TIME for Kids each week. Before reading, the class will engage in pre-reading activities such as discussing the author's purpose and examining text features. The class will then read the article together and students will be given the opportunity to take turns reading out loud as well.
