This class will begin with a warm-up. The session will consist of conditioning exercises and a deep stretch. This class will focus on maintaining the flexibility and strength needed to perform any dance form. This will work like a "drop-in" class, each lesson will focus on different muscle groups. If there are any techniques or muscle groups you would like to work on specifically, please let the instructor know at least one day before the session.
