"Start Your Songwriting Journey: Crafting the Perfect Melody for Your Debut Song" is an exciting class designed to teach students the essential skills and techniques for creating memorable and emotionally impactful melodies. Whether you're a seasoned musician or a novice songwriter, this class will guide you through the process of developing your own unique musical style and sound.

Instructions will occur using a piano. A piano (or experience in music) is not necessary for this course.  This is a great way to get students interested in learning about music.  It also introduces a different style of music lessons to students who are looking for a different style of learning. 

Throughout the class, students will learn about the fundamental concepts of music theory related to melody creation. They will explore the different types of melodies and learn how to write melodies that are based on chord progressions. The class will cover a variety of techniques, such as using repetition, variation, and contour to create melodies that are memorable and expressive.

Students will have the opportunity to work on their own original melodies, receive feedback from both the instructor and their peers, and collaborate with other students to share ideas and inspiration.
