Description
Class Experience
In this one-time course, students will create snowflake ornaments/decorations of their favourite Star Wars characters using very basic materials while engaging in a guided discussion about plots and character development in the Star Wars franchise (example: "Why do you think the Mandalorian chooses to take care of Baby Yoda?"- "Why did Luke Skywalker saved the planet from the Dark Side?", "If you had The Force, how would you use your Jedi powers to help people?, etc.). Students may choose any...
7 files available upon enrollmentStudents will need to bring the following materials to class: scissors, string or thread for hanging (optional), white craft paper used to make the printed templates- included in the initial welcome post in the main classroom page.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
NOTE: Some of the tools required for this course (e.g. scissors) are considered hazardous for underage students. Therefore, they should only be used under parental supervision and/or at the parents discretion to ensure the safety of the student and to reduce the risk of personal injury.
