Class Experience
Light side vs Dark side- which side will reign supreme? In a galaxy far, far away Jedi Master Alyssa will train young padawans and sith in the ways of lightsaber training. This class mixes fun fitness moves with lightsaber training. We will learn safe and fun attack moves, as well as blocking moves with the lightsaber. We will also learn how to use the Force during battles. At the end of class we will have a Light side vs Dark side Lightsaber battle showdown to see if the Jedi or the Sith...
Each padawan or sith will learn simple lightsaber tricks and moves to use during their battles!

Lightsaber Water Costume or Star Wars clothing optional Something Star Wars related to share with the class
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Please make sure your padawan has water, a lightsaber, and plenty of space to move around so they can work out in a fun, but safe, environment.
