In this one-time class students will learn and complete exercises that will help them train to become a Jedi.
Class experience
Are you ready to workout like a Jedi? In this class students will be able to get a great workout while performing some of the moves of their favorite Star Wars characters! Some of the exercises in this class include: Darth Vader Slams, Master Yoda Blocks, and Luke Skywalker Blasts. During this class Coach Joe will introduce the exercise and demonstrate it for the class. Students will then practice the exercise and will be able to ask questions and get feedback from Coach Joe. Students will learn new exercises related to their favorite Star Wars characters.
No equipment is needed, but students are welcome to wear their favorite Star Wars shirt or costume!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
With any activity class it is important that students are performing this class in a safe, open space suitable for activity. When participating in this class students should wear footwear appropriate for activity. They should also have a full water bottle to ensure they stay hydrated. For the safety of your student, parents should supervise their child during this class. Without parental supervision there is the possibility of injury occurring during this class.
