St. Patrick’s Day Story-time Yoga
In this one-time class, students will listen to the story The Night Before St. Patrick’s Day and then reenact the story through yoga poses.

Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Students will stretch and strengthen through play and movement.
Students are welcome to bring a yoga mat or beach towel, but it’s not required.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please ensure a clear, clutter free space for easy movement. Students should have slip-proof socks or bare feet. They may also want water to maintain hydration. As with any physical activity, there is a risk for injury. Students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and take breaks when needed.
