Description

Class Experience

In this class, students will make swirly rainbow fudge, complete with Lucky Charms! This is a live virtual class only; I do not have in-person classes. Students will bake along with the teacher, using the hard copy of the recipe for reference, available to print upon enrollment. After class, the fudge will need to be refrigerated for 1 hour, then cut into squares with a sharp knife.

Please read the following list of ingredients to make sure the student is not allergic.

Ingredients students...

  1 file available upon enrollmentStudents will have a hard copy of the recipe for reference, available to print upon enrollment.

Ingredients students will need:
1 cup white chocolate chips
8 oz. (half a package) vanilla candy coating - found near the chocolate chips at any grocery store
1 tub vanilla frosting
3 food coloring colors - teacher will be using blue, green and pink
1/2 cup marshmallows from a box of Lucky Charms

Other supplies students will need:
8 x 8 square baking dish
parchment paper (or foil with non-stick spray)
microwave safe mixing bowls
spoons for mixing

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools. The recipe PDF will be posted in the classroom discussion.
