Class Experience
This is a unique and fun workout experience for students using Squishmallows as props. This is a full body, heart energizing and fun exercise class. We begin this class with a breathing exercise using our squishmallows, students are encouraged to think of different ways we can breathe and talk about what they notice when they are breathing.Teacher will discuss feedback about breathing such as in through our nose and out through our mouth and what to look for when proper breathing. Students will learn how to use the correct muscles to breathe holding their squishmallows. In addition students will learn fun and easy exercises using their squishmallow as a prop to help with some positions. Students with more specialized needs will enjoy the feedback sensation, ease and fun with this class.
