Class Experience

In this 3 day camp, students will learn about different ciphers and codes in a very unique way! Each day, the students will be taught a new cipher and will be "TRAPPED" in a 360º degree interactive room where they will have to use their new knowledge to escape!

Students will learn about the Caesar Cipher, Pigpen Cipher, and Polybius Square.

This course is going to teach you how to begin to understand different ciphers and codes! The class will make the student think critically while cracking and creating codes on their own! The student will walk away with the knowledge of three different codes that have been used throughout history to conceal important messages!

I have been an educator for 15 years teaching elementary, middle, and high school. I have taught online classes to students around the world for the past 5 years. My goal with all of my classes is for students to learn while not realizing they are learning! Currently, I work with kids every day as a middle school teacher and love to watch them get excited about tech! We will have a great time cracking and creating codes together.

1 hour 45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
