In this one-time class, students will complete spring-themed mad libs (silly stories) to learn and practice basic parts of speech including nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs.

Description
Class Experience
Students will learn basic information about nouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs. Students will learn how word games can be a fun way to practice grammar concepts. Students will discuss the work of their classmates in a positive and encouraging manner and will participate in a friendly competition with good sportsmanship and kindness.
Students will be asked to complete 2 additional mad libs outside of the live meeting and post them in the class discussion.
Students will be provided 2 documents which will need to be printed after the live meeting.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
