Class Experience

We will talk about alliteration, personification, metaphor, and simile. We will read a couple of poems that have these elements.

Then, we will write poems about spring and anything that reminds us of spring that use these elements.

Class will be a mix of Google Slides, discussions, work time, and time to share our poetry.

Students should bring a pencil, a notepad for jotting ideas, and a nice sheet of paper for writing any final copies of poems that they love.

I hope to see you in the classroom!
