Welcome to our Spring Fling! In this class we will meet new friends, hear fun stories, and make some exciting crafts to celebrate the season. In week 1, we will begin with our greeting and ice breaker. Next we will read the story, Dandy. Last we will create a watercolor Dandelion. In week 2, we will begin with a greeting and would you rather. Then we will read Spring Stinks. Next we will talk about the smells of spring we can find. I am a mother of a preschool aged child and a teacher of 10 years for ages 4-9. I have made season and holidays fun for years while sprinkling in some education.
Week 1- water color paints, paint brush, paper, black marker or black crayon, water for cleaning brush Week 2- green paper, clear packing tape, flowers, leaves, bark collected from outside. Week 3- Dark Blue paper, cotton balls, liquid glue, light blue paint, paper towel.
Students will be using glue, paint, leaves and flowers from outside, cotton balls, and tape.
