Class Experience

In this class learners will learn the names of the typical spring time flowers such as the crocus, daffodil, tulip, bluebell and lily of the valley and birds such as swallow, robin, woodpecker, songbirds, tits and wrens. We will briefly discuss some of the beautiful spring sights around the world such as the sakura cherry blossoms in Japan and learners will be encouraged to share what spring looks like in their hometown. Everyone will then write and illustrate their own acrostic poem for the word 'spring'. An example is below:
Spring is here
Pretty flowers grow
Robins come out to play
I feed the birds
New animals are born
Got to find Easter eggs

Please bring a piece of paper and some colour pens to class! This class will be interactive and learners will be encouraged to keep their cameras and mic on.
