I lived and trained in Thailand for several months and I am a continuing student of Muay Thai. Always learning! I taught multiple virtual Muay Thai summer camps for El Paso Independent School District in 2020. I am a public high school science teacher and have experience being a head wrestling coach.
1 hour 20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental supervision is recommended for students with respiratory problems or physical disabilities. Students will need water, workout clothing (no jeans or skirts) and an open space where they can move around and throw kicks/punches. Indoors/outdoors is fine. Preferably barefoot but if students only have an outdoor space to exercise, shoes are OK.
