Description

Class Experience

Students will be introduced to George Washington.

My goal with my Spotlight History classes is to introduce different historical topics to elementary age students in a fun, positive away in an effort to get them excited about history and realize that learning can be a great, fun adventure!
I have a minor in history and love learning about a variety of events. I find learning history fun, but it has been gained the reputation of being boring through the years. My goal with my Spotlight History classes is to introduce different historical topics to elementary age students in a fun, positive away in an effort to get them excited about history and realize that learning can be a great, fun adventure!
Students will need construction paper (blue and red plus other colors), scissors, glue and markers.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
