This one-time class will engage the entire body in a workout. We will complete 4 tabatas segments specifically designed around the following sports: Basketball Football Boxing Soccer Each segment includes 3 exercises that will be performed 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest. The 3 exercises will be completed for 4 rounds to complete a segment. A water break is provided between each segment so be sure to have plenty of water available. Open space is required. No equipment is needed for completing the movements. Parental guidance is recommended due to the physical nature of the class and the potential for injury. Students should wear appropriate clothes and sneakers for this class.

Parental Guidance
Parental guidance is highly recommended to help prevent injuries.
Be sure to have open space, appropriate clothing and shoes, as well as water available. Having a towel handy is also recommended.
