I will begin each section with a famous quotes from a famous athlete to emphasize the importance of different mental abilities. Subtopics include goal setting, performance anxiety, concentration, motivation, and confidence. I will provide background on the topic and provide interesting case studies from my own experience working with high school and college athletes. After every section I will provide activities that the students can utilize to help them improve their performance.
