In this 40 minute class, young artists will create a spider web and a spider using a pencil, crayons and watercolor paints. First, young artists will be led through an easy to follow step-by-step drawing. We will discuss what color schemes work well together when watercolor painting. We will also discuss how to use the wax-resist technique and the wet-wash technique (or also called wet-on-wet). A painting demonstration will be provided.
