Spooky Halloween Rock Painting
In this one time class we will have a blast painting rocks to look like different Halloween characters.

The children will be able to paint 2 Halloween rocks during the duration of this class. They choose the characters they want to paint with some guidance from me, depending on rock size. We will go through the process step by step and the children can discuss their characters as we are painting. I will have a video shared of me painting my rocks in order to be able to interact and help the students as they need me. This will be a fun interactive class where the children are encouraged to share. There will be a discussion afterwards so that the students may share their rocks that they have painted. This is optional for the student. Everything the student requires will be listed below. See you there!

Parental Guidance
Some students may need some guidance setting up their paints and stations in order to avoid spillage.
Supply List
newspaper (to cover table) 2 small to medium rocks (smooth as possible) at least 2 paintbrushes various colors of acrylic paint (especially green, black, orange, white) cup of water to clean brushes black permanent marker paper towel (to wipe hands or brushes) paint shirt (optional)

Hi there. My name is Mrs. Hoel. I have a diploma in ECE level 3. I have spent many years working in daycares, a couple with high risk kids as well as being a daycare director. I spent 2 years working as a nanny, as well as a Intervention specialist for autistic kids. I was a foster parent to many high needs kids from newborn to age 17 for 10 years. I am currently an ESL teacher and taking my BA in English. Let me tell you a bit about me and what I'll be teaching.
