Gaining a better understanding of the popular work 'Dracula' by Bram Stoker.
I enjoy Gothic literature and have been studying the contents that fall into it for years. I have experience teaching the stories to others and would love to bring my excitement for the topic here.
Reading chapters before class - This helps the student to be able to engage in each lesson.
If the students would like to borrow the book from their local library they may. Purchasing the book is a plus in the case that they may wish to take notes. If either choice is unavailable the book 'Dracula' is public domain and may be found (in its entirety) on the web. My choice site is - https://www.pagebypagebooks.com/Bram_Stoker/Dracula/index.html
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
It is advised that parents look into the book before the class. There are some darker elements to the story.
