During this Spider-Man Story Time, your children will listen to a story, reflect/discuss the passage, and craft a cool mask! Students will participate in enhancing their pre-reading knowledge by increasing their language skills through retelling the story in their own words, describe elements in the story such as the characters and settings; and students will participate in the concepts of print. Each student will have the opportunity to participate as a group and individually to demonstrate comprehension. This class will be a fun and interactive class to encourage children to read, gain social interactions with other children, and to display their creative side during our mini craft time after the story!

Welcome! My name is Jessica (Teacher Jessica). I have my Master's in Elementary Education (multiple subjects)! I have taught in the 6th grade classroom, and as of the last four years I have been teaching here on Outschool!
My teaching experience has given me the knowledge and tools necessary to ensure all students can thrive inside and outside of the classroom. Being an elementary school teacher, I enjoy and have fun teaching in all areas; as you may notice with my class listings I enjoy doing a little bit of everything!
I love to enhance learning development, and to watch each student grow individually. I look forward to meeting your child!
Aside from work life, I have a husband and three little ones! Outside of teaching, we love to be outside in nature, reading is life, and family time is everything!
