In this ongoing class, learners will be introduced to a variety of techniques that writers use to spice up their writing. Each half-hour class is packed full of writing exercises based on a 'theme of the week'. The 'theme of the week' could be a picture prompt, a word prompt, a character prompt, a writing technique, or an aspect of writing. Students will improve their knowledge, understanding, and ability to use the particular skill they've worked on to greater effect in their written work going forward.

No homework is assigned. In most cases, original samples of work will be shared during and after each class.
I will provide opportunities for on-line writing, but learners may work in long hand at their desks if they want.
There is no formal assessment in this class.
