I will teach common high-frequency words that students need to learn by recognition through a variety of teaching methods. These are common sight words students should be familiar with. This will be an interactive whole group class, with individualized instruction when needed. The students will repeat, spell, and use the words to make sentences. We will play games, as time allows and take for fun quizzes of words we have learned together. Students should know their alphabet and individual sounds of each.
