Class Experience
In this ongoing class, each week your young learner will learn about a new subject matter, the scientific method, and follow the steps in the scientific method to complete a hands-on science experiment. Each week we will begin class with the question of the day to get your Spectacular Scientist thinking about the weekly subject. I provide a positive learning environment where your learner will be encouraged to think and share their ideas. This science class is filled with new vocabulary...
To increase your young scientist's knowledge of different science concepts and provide them with an introduction to the scientific method.
A supply list will be provided in detail each week for the class. Below you will find a general list of supplies that you may need. Baking soda Vinegar Food Coloring Shaving cream Cooking oil Water Hair Conditioner Dry Erase Markers Construction Paper Glue Glass jar or cup Honey Egg Cartons Pipe Cleaners Pipette Coffee Filter
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Some experiments will require adult assistance.
