In this one-time course, students will learn about how CRISPR-Cas9 works and its multitude of uses in biology and medicine. We will study the history and development of CRISPR-Cas9, the mechanism of how it works, its successful uses in medicine and science up to this point, and its hopeful future uses. I host a very interactive classroom environment. Questions and comments are always welcome. Curiosity is encouraged! Some background in Genetics is preferred.
