CVC words are crucial to learning to read, and I have created a fun lesson free of pressure, to help the students feel comfortable and confident in this skill. Students will improve their understanding of the CVC word families.
I earned my bachelors degree in special education k-12, and taught for 4 years in this area. I also taught for 2 years with VIPKid. I earned my TESOL and TEFL certifications while teaching with VIPKid.
Practice writing CVC words from this lesson on dry erase boards.
Please provide a small dry erase board for your child, a dry erase marker,(washable is preferred) and an eraser. These can be found at most dollar stores!
Informal assessment is given throughout each lesson.
