This is for littles who are working on their speaking skills. Whether English is their first language and they just need some feedback and practice with their skills or they are learning English - I am excited to meet with your learner!

Mastery Evaluation
1 hour per week. Talking and practicing the spoken language and reading aloud to a parent will be most of the homework...practice is the most important part and I will be transparent on where we are focused for what is developmentally appropriate.Grading
I will send updates on what we worked on, progress I will be looking for/see and share the area of focus for the student until the next meeting.Class Experience
US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 2
Beginner - Advanced Level
1-on-1 Coaching sessions are to meet the learner where they are in their speaking abilities. I am available to help any student in these main areas: - pronunciation - enunciation - sound practices if there is one letter sound that is sticky - vowel and letter sounds - depending if it is an outgoing part that is the challenge - just building trust and confidence to engage in conversation with someone outside of their family
Learning Goals
Students will grow in their confidence in pronouncing their English words and knowing their letter sounds. The next level goal is enunciation and volume and delivery if we are working on speaking in front of a group.

I have 20 years experience in and out of schools and around students of all ages and look forward to bringing my patience, understanding of learners, and passion for connecting with others to you! I have degrees and certifications in Communications - Human Relations, Spanish, Conflict Mediation, Educational Leadership - Learning and Instruction.
In 9th grade I started competing in public speaking and have nurtured this skill, delivering talks in both English and Spanish, through adulthood. I love helping all learners grow this skillset!
With my own children and students I enjoy encourage the use of new words and vocabulary and repeating back to them what they are saying or meaning to say - this builds understanding without judgement.
