Description

Class Experience

My teaching style lends itself to lean more towards the casual side but is didactic nonetheless. I want to cultivate a space where my students feel comfortable opening up and sharing their thoughts, stories, and feelings with me and their peers. My classroom is a place for dynamic growth in honing what I believe to be one's inherent inner poet. We are all poets: we just need to get writing!

- Why everyone is a poet
- The 5 steps to writing a slam poem
- How to deliver a slam poem
