The Spanish Superstars Series In my Spanish Superstars series, I have taken the most commonly requested topics by Spanish learners and broken them into several mini-classes. Each class will meet for a total of four live meetings with a specific focus on related topics for beginning Spanish students. Each class in the series can be taken at any time and students can be enrolled in more than one class in the series simultaneously. I do, however, have a suggested order that I recommend the classes be taken in for optimal learning. Each topic is presented through a slide presentation in which I present the new material being learned with detailed descriptions and examples.. Then several minutes are devoted to interactive follow-up activities in which students speak, listen, read and write in Spanish. I highly encourage active participation in my class as I feel that is the best way for young learners to comprehend and retain the material being learned. In this class we will cover the following topics: DESCRIBING THINGS IN SPANISH Class 1: Definite Articles in Spanish (THE) Class 2: Indefinite Articles (A, AN and SOME) Class 3: Adjectives Class 4: Describing Family Members with the verb SER Recommended Order of Classes in this Series: Introduction to Spanish Spanish Basics Describing Things In Spanish Animals in Spanish Spanish At School Food in Spanish Spanish Around The Neighborhood Spanish Around The House Health and Wellness in Spanish Regular Present Tense Verbs Irregular Present Tense Verbs Going On Vacation Spanish In The Modern World
Learning Goals
