In this class we will continue to advance our Spanish proficiency by exploring interesting articles and informational texts on a variety of engaging topics including incredible places, amazing structures, fascinating humans, and strange animals, among others. 

Introduction videos on each topic will be provided before the meetings so students can familiarize themselves with the subject matter of the week. During class we will read a text together, discuss what we read, and answer comprehension questions. 
Then, students will be given the opportunity to brainstorm and write a short summary about what they learned. 
*Tips on summarizing and tools for organizing their writing will be reviewed weekly before the writing portion begins.
