Students will leave class with a knowledge of the forms of Ser and Estar, which both mean to be in Spanish. They will also learn acronyms that serve as memory tools for the uses of each verb. Finally, through group and individual practice, they will leave with a working understanding of when to use each verb.
I will provide a set of guided notes as well as practice activities to be used in class. These will be in PDF format and should be printed out and ready for usage during class. In addition, we will be playing a game on Kahoot, so students will need another device with internet capabilities, separate from the one they are taking class on, so that they can access and participate in the game.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
