Students will learn and practice counting form 0-100 in Spanish, learn to read addition and subtraction mathematical expressions in Spanish while learning and practicing shapes, colors and fruit vocabulary in Spanish. Class will be conducted in a fun and low-stress level manner. The goal is for students to learn Spanish in a fun and engaging way. No prior knowledge required. This class is for beginners in Spanish. ¡Vamos! Si, let's learn some español! April 19 - Del 0 al 50: Students will learn Spanish numbers from 0-50 and practice counting using fruits. Students will also learn Spanish fruit names. April 21 - Del 51 al 100: Students will learn Spanish numbers from 51-100 and practice counting using fruits. Students will learn more fruit names. April 26 -
Learning Goals
Students will practice listening skills and give details of the story, and learn and practice Spanish pronunciation of the following: days of the week, numbers 1-5, and foods mentioned in The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle.
