Spanish Intensive Reading, Writing, Speaking & Culture -Unit 1- Path to Fluency

In this 12 week class, students will learn new vocabulary, read short sentences, communication, speaking, writing, and culture. This is unit 1 of 10 units in the path to Spanish reading, writing, and speaking fluency.

Description

Class Experience

This is an intensive Spanish course with the goal of achieving fluency. This course includes unit 1 of 10 units. The materials in this course  have been developed by native Spanish speaking teachers at the Coding Doctors Learning Lab. 
  
Weekly assignments will include:
1. Vocabulary quizzes
2. Script reading
3. Culture quizzes
4. Fill in the blank and multiple choice questions
5. Listening tests
6. Communications tests
7. Discussion posts
8. Drawings, paintings, or other hands on projects....

At the end of this course, students will learn:
-At least 100 Spanish vocabulary words.
-Basic greetings
-Basic conversations
-Cultural holidays in Spanish speaking countries

Weekly assignments will include:
1. Vocabulary quizzes
2. Script reading
3. Culture quizzes
4. Fill in the blank and multiple choice questions
5. Listening tests
6. Communications tests
7. Discussion posts
8. Drawings, paintings, or other hands on projects.

Students must have internet access to complete this course as well as pencil, paper, or access to a word processing app.

Letter grades will not be assigned.

No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
