In "Spanish Immersion Cooking: Disney’s Mulan - Chien Po’s Sweet & Sour Chicken," students will learn how to make a yummy meal inspired by a Disney movie. Students will make “pollo agridulce.” They are then encouraged to eat it while viewing Disney’s “Mulan” in Spanish after class. Cooking: I have been cooking and baking since I was a kid. I have also worked as a cook in an industrial kitchen at a large summer camp, feeding 300+ kids every day for multiple summers. Spanish: I hold a degree in Education with a concentration in Spanish. I am a fluent speaker, having learned Spanish in school, college, and while living in Bolivia. My husband is Bolivian, so I speak Spanish at least 90% of my day.
