This is a one-time class, concentrated on teaching basic conversational skills, such as greetings and small talk/chit-chat in Spanish. We will explore formal and informal ways to communicate with people in real-life situations, such as meeting new people, greeting a friend, family member, elder, etc. We will learn vocabulary words pertaining to greetings and farewells, and make sentences using slides to show the correct grammar. I will be asking questions constantly to keep the class...
Students will learn basic greetings and farewells in Spanish, as well as how to engage in small talk and very basic conversation.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
