Spanish for Beginners!

I love teaching Spanish to young learners! this course is for those who have no experience with Spanish or are still learning the basics.

this is an 4 week course that will meet twice a week. We will learn basic vocabulary and jump into having conversations! I am so excited!
 
here is an over view of the course:

lesson 1: El Alfabeto
- during this lesson we will learn the Spanish alphabet and learn a picture associated with this letter for example the letter "A" and "Avion"
- we will play a letter recognition game at the end of the class!

lesson 2: Los Numeros
- during this lesson we will review the numbers 1-20. we will sing a song to help us remember these numbers
-we will play a number recognition game at the end of the class.

lesson 3: Mi Familia
- learn basic vocabulary to talk about family like "mama" "papa" etc.
-at the end of class we will draw a picture of our families and tell who is in our families. 

lesson 4: La Escuela
- basic vocabulary to talk about school. 

lesson 5: Mi Cuerpo
- basic vocabulary to talk about our bodies like "ojos", "nariz" etc.
-we will draw a picture of ourselves labeling body parts like arms, feet, eyes etc.

lesson 6: Los Animales 
- we will learn the names of common animals and find out our favorite animals. 
- we will make a craft of our favorite common animal.

lesson 7: El Calendario 
- we will learn days of the week, months, seasons and basic vocabulary about time.

lesson 8: "El REPASO"
- REVIEW LESSON
-we will review what we have learned and have a culminating "project" that we can show and tell our classmates.
