▬▬▬▬▬▬ ⭐Course Overview⭐ ▬▬▬▬▬▬ Welcome to our unique path to kindergarten preparation! In this course, we will not only gain essential skills necessary for kindergarten but also explore new languages and cultures as we journey through the seven continents of the world. Each week will have a different focus or theme of a specific continent. Our classroom routine will begin with a "music and movement" song, followed by learning and singing a "hello" greeting song, where we will explore various greetings from around the world. We will also have calendar time, talk about the weather, and learn new vocabulary words for letters of the week. Our weekly curriculum will cover concepts such as days of the week, months of the year, numbers, colors, shapes, counting, number order, letter names, letter sounds, rhyming, sight words, and practicing sounding out, reading, and writing words. To ensure that students can clearly see the information, the teacher will use slides and incorporate different teaching methods such as chanting, rhyming, singing, and call-and-response techniques. Students will have ample opportunities to interact with their classmates and teacher throughout the lessons. 📅 Are you looking for a class that meets 1x, 2x, 3x, or 4x per week? Send us a message about a class frequency change. 💬 We can also accommodate learners and families wanting full immersion vs. bilingual classes. Send us a message to learn more! ▬▬▬▬▬▬ 🌍Target Student🌍 ▬▬▬▬▬▬ This course is open to learners of all levels, with no prior experience required. ▬▬▬▬▬▬ 💬Language of Instruction💬▬▬▬▬▬▬ This is an immersion class, which means lessons will be taught primarily in Spanish.
