Description
Class Experience
In this interactive, hands on class we will spend our meetings learning the basic patterns to conjugate regular Spanish verbs. Students will engage with visuals, props, flash cards, songs and more to explore how to conjugate simple verbs in Spanish. No previous Spanish is required however a basic level of reading and reading is required in your first language. We will use a variety of Spanish and English translations and phrases throughout our class to practice the verbs with a TPR approach....
Students will learn the basic patterns for regular, present tense ar, er and ir verbs.
I am a National Board Certified bilingual teacher with certifications to teach Spanish as a first or second language since 2002. I have worked with bilingual students in private, public and online settings teaching beginner, intermediate and advanced Spanish since 2002. Verification of certification status is available on public sites for NBCT holders, Wisconsin and Illinois departments of public instruction.
Homework is not required but practice activities may be suggested.
