In this beginner level course, students will learn eight colors in Spanish (red, orange, yellow, blue, green, purple, black and white)! We will spend five minutes of our class introducing ourselves and talking about our favorite super heroes and then I will teach the lesson. The lesson will be taught using a Powerpoint presentation. Each slide will include pictures of Superheroes as well as objects of the color being learned on that slide. We will spend time on each slide identifying the colors of the super hero, continuing to build on the knowledge from the previous slide. Students will have a chance to practice while I check for understanding. At the end of our time together, we will play a game of Bingo to help ensure their new knowledge of Spanish colors has taken root! It will be a fun and face-paced course. My goal as their teacher will be to have them engaged, learning and laughing throughout class!
