Spanish Circle Time
During Spanish Circle Time we will have songs that will expand vocabulary in greetings, ABCs, Number 1-20, and weather. And students will have the opportunity to use a little signing to help reinforce the language with visuals and movement.

This Spanish Circle time is meant for students who are learning Spanish as beginners. Spanish Immersion meetings happen in another group. I speak English and transition into Spanish so your child learns it first and then interacts in Spanish. For a couple of weeks we will review and introduce new material as the child becomes familiar with it!. Images, toys, puppets, hands and movement will help connect the new information learned with meanings. After a couple of meetings your children WILL BE SINGING IN SPANISH and will recognize exactly what we are talking about. Having the material on hand will be so powerful because your child will have in their hands exactly what we are using on the other side of the screen.
Learning Goals
The student will be able to sing the letters and their sounds in Spanish, will be able to sing the numbers song while counting objects, will be able to pronounce the weather in Spanish and recognize signs to identify vocabulary.

Hola! My students call me Miss Ana. I teach Spanish to early language learners. I have created my own way of teaching through play, art, craft and music. I have been working with families teaching Spanish to children since 2011. I own a Spanish Studio where I lead Spanish mommy and me classes, meetings for preschoolers, and early elementary. I teach adults as well.
I believe a language should be "lived naturally" and through that experience the "learning" happens.
I am originally from Ecuador, I have 4 children who I have raised bilingual from day 1. Our family loves animals. We have 2 Great Danes named Boo and Buddy, 1 parakeets named Cocco, 1 sun canure named Puffita, 1 bearded dragon named Sprinkles and a snake named Dave. Sometimes they join the class when we talk about pets.
