Class Experience

Students will be able to pronounce and enunciate Spanish words to describe shapes, numbers 1-20 and colors. In addtion to being able to construct a 2-3 word sentence in Spanish, while having fun, improving listening skills and social skills.

My first language is English, but at the age of 13 I had to continue my education in Puerto Rico till I was 21 years old. Moving to Florida I earned my Bachelor’s in Business Administration-Marketing. When I worked in my government and hospital jobs, I interpreted and translated for Spanish speaking patients and clients for over 15 years. I am Puerto Rican and speak Spanish with my family and friends.
It is highly recommended and encouraged students use what they learn in each session to help them become more comfortable speaking another language. Repetition helps students remember. If time doesn't permit for the entire projects to be completed, please have students complete projects after class to be ready for the next session.
