Class Experience

Beginner Level
🎨 Course Overview: Welcome to the Spanish Art Club for Beginners! This relaxed and enjoyable club merges art with language, providing an ideal environment for anyone eager to learn Spanish in a stress-free, creative setting. Each session is short and engaging, allowing students to pick up new Spanish vocabulary while drawing fun and interesting subjects that are voted on by our learners. Our native Spanish-speaking teachers bring their diverse educational experiences to make each class unique and enriching.

🎨 Class Experience: In the Spanish Art Club, we take a hands-on approach to learning. Students will:
➜ Learn and Practice Spanish Vocabulary: As you draw, your teacher will introduce vocabulary related to the artwork. For example, when drawing eyes, you’ll learn the Spanish word for "eyes," and practice using it in sentences.
➜ Express Creatively: Whether following the teacher’s example or creating your own version, you’re encouraged to use any art medium—paper, tablet, colored pencils, or markers.
➜ Engage Socially: This club isn't just about learning; it's about connecting. Share your thoughts, ask questions, have a conversation, and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.
➜ Vote on Future Projects: At the end of each class, students will vote to decide what to draw in the next session, ensuring everyone's interests are considered.

🎨 Sample Weekly Drawing Projects (Student-Selected):
Our class focuses on specific drawings decided weekly by our students! At the end of each session, students will vote on which specific subject they want to draw for the next class. This approach keeps each class exciting and tailored to the interests of the students, ensuring a continually fresh and engaging learning experience. Here are some examples of drawings we might cover, depending on student choice:

➜ Week 1 Example: "Unicorn Eating a Donut" - Should this be the selected drawing, students will learn Spanish vocabulary related to mythical creatures and sweet treats.
➜ Week 2 Example: "Dragon Holding a Lollipop" - If chosen, students will explore terms related to mythical beasts and fun, whimsical objects like lollipops.
➜ Week 3 Example: "Fluffy-Haired Dog" - A potential drawing that focuses on detailed texture, expanding vocabulary with animal parts and descriptive adjectives.
➜ Week 4 Example: "Mermaid Playing a Guitar" - Another possible drawing that combines Spanish words for musical instruments and sea life.

🎨 Please Note:
The specific drawing for each week depends on student votes at the end of the previous class. This student-driven approach allows for a highly personalized and engaging learning experience. New families can expect their children to jump into a creative and interactive environment where every week brings a new drawing adventure, decided collectively by the class.

🎨 Teaching Style:
➜ Interactive: Our sessions encourage interaction not just between student and teacher but also among students.
➜ Adaptive: We cater to the needs of beginners and those looking to brush up on their Spanish, adjusting our pace and content accordingly.
➜ Engaging: Each class is designed to be self-contained, allowing new students to join at any time.

🎨 Requirements: No prior knowledge of Spanish or art is needed, making this club perfect for beginners. New students can jump in at any time!
