Spanish 1:1 Practice Spanish With a Native Speaker!

In this one-time class the student will be able to choose from a list of subjects and practice conversation with a native speaker. The class level will be adjusted to the level of the student (Beginner - intermediate). This can also be an immersion class, if the student chooses and we can just have conversation in Spanish.

Class Experience

Students will be engaged with a native speaker and will practice Spanish at their own level.  The topic of the day could be chosen from my list or the student can choose to practice conversation in Spanish or it could be a beginner's immersion class. The pace of the class will be adjusted to meet the student's needs.
My philosophy is that learning should be engaged and fun.  I try my best to engage the students in the learning and expose them to different topics that they might show interest...

This class is taught in English.

In this class the students will learn from basic to intermediate vocabulary in Spanish and will get to practice conversational Spanish.   I will encourage the students to practice saying the words when they see it around them.  Students will be encouraged to practice formulating sentences using the material they learn that day in Spanish so that they can grow more confident with the language.

Optional: Lined paper and pencil if note taking is desired.

In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:Kahoot

25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

We might be playing a game in Kahoot.  Kahoot is a third-party tool approved for use by Outschool. There is no need for the student to create an account.  I will send a code for them to join my game or I will share the game on my screen.
