She’s certified to teach in Pennsylvania 🍎 and holds international certifications in TESOL, AMET, and EBE ✈️.

With 13 years of teaching experience, Cait has taught both English and Spanish 🌍 in the U.S., Spain πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ, Thailand πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡­, Guatemala πŸ‡¬πŸ‡Ή, and Mexico πŸ‡²πŸ‡½. In addition to her language expertise, she offers beginner Italian and study skills courses for online learners.

Learning Goals

 Vocabulary: Food items, meals, and ordering in a restaurant
Grammar: Introduction to stem-changing verbs (e→ie), e.g., querer, preferir

 Activities: Practice ordering food, using stem-changing verbs in context
Cultural: Meals and eating habits in Spanish-speaking countries

Week 2: Consolidation of Stem-Changing Verbs and Contextual Conversations
 Grammar: Continue with stem-changing verbs (review) and gustar for food preferences
