This class will take students on a journey through our solar system. Along the way we will discover the order of the planets, as well as each planet’s size. Also, during our journey, we will come across things in our solar system, such as asteroids and the international space station. Through this experience, students will be given an understanding of our solar system and be introduced to new vocabulary. The class will be interactive, with guided discussion. PowerPoint slides will also be used to engage and learn. I enjoy creating an atmosphere where children are comfortable with being themselves and discovering just how brilliant their minds can be.

Hello parents and students! My name is Mr.Kenny! I am married to my beautiful wife, Heather, who is also an Outschool teacher! We have an amazing four year old little boy named Alyas! I enjoy watching him grow and learn! My family and I are full-time travelers, living in a travel trailer, seeing the country and all the great things it has within it. I have 9+ years of teaching and volunteer work with children ages 3-14, and I'm also an online ESL teacher. I'm very excited to teach through Outschool, helping children learn and grow, all while having a blast doing it! When it comes to my teaching style, I love all things outdoors, so I want to bring that passion to my students. I was in the Army for 6 years, 2 of which I was a Drill SGT, so I have a lot of life skills to share, as well as survival skills and techniques.
