🚀 Blast Off into Space! A 50-Week Rotating Adventure for Young Explorers 🌠 Calling all space enthusiasts! If your learner has ever dreamed of soaring through the stars, exploring alien worlds, or unraveling the mysteries of the universe, this is the class for him/her! In this ongoing space adventure, we’ll explore a new and exciting space topic every week—from the planets in our solar system to distant galaxies, black holes, space missions, and more! With 50 unique rotating topics, there’s always something new to discover, and I’ll be adding and updating topics along the way to keep up with the latest space discoveries. Learners can drop in at anytime in any week. Each class includes an engaging presentation where I’ll guide learners through the week’s topic, and they will always have a chance to ask questions, share thoughts, and discuss cool space facts with fellow space lovers. Plus, we’ll track upcoming space events—like meteor showers, planet alignments, and rocket launches—so we will always know when to step outside and look up! Whether you're a future astronaut, scientist, or just someone who loves space, come join our cosmic crew as we journey through the universe together! 🌎✨ No prior space knowledge needed—just curiosity and excitement! 🚀 See you among the stars! Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree from University of California Santa Barbara
I’m a lifelong space enthusiast with a passion for sharing the wonders of the universe! Although my degree was in Linguistics, astrophysics, among other science courses, was one of my favorite subjects to study at UC Santa Barbara and I continue to explore space as a dedicated hobbyist. I love breaking down complex space concepts into fun and easy-to-understand lessons—so whether you're just starting your space journey or already a stargazing pro, this class is for you!
